The company RaidSonic still offers the USB keyboard ACK-595C+ with PS/2-adapter. I added a PS/2 to DIN-adapter for my first working version:

But this is completely stupid because adapters don't contain any active parts - they are only pin changer. I wanted to shorten the route. I didn't study the pin placement of the different plugs in the web, I simple cut the cable after the USB plug and checked the wires to the DIN-plug with a multimeter. I found:

I ordered the DIN-plug MAS 50S at Reichelt in Germany. I soldered all pins according to the table above and connected the cable guard with the metal housing of the DIN-connector. My factory-fresh keyboard with DIN-AT-plug was finished after a half hour:
